Yoni Steaming is a traditional practice done by women all around the world to maintain the health of their wombs or heal any womb dis-ease. Steaming can help to stop severe cramping and painful periods, cleanse the uterus, get rid of bad bacteria and yeast, heal infertility and so much more.

Our Cleansing formula is great for getting rid of old residue (brown blood) and cleansing the uterus. Can be used for general use and postpartum. Do NOT use this formula if your moon cycle (menstrual cycle) is shorter than 28 days or you have 2 periods a month. Please see our other formulas in order to choose the best one for you.

All herbs used are 100% Organic.

Directions:

Bring 32oz of water to a boil (use stainless steel or a kettle).
Add 3-4 tablespoons of the yoni steam mix to a glass or stainless steel bowl or vase (avoid using plastic or aluminum).
Pour hot water over herbs and allow to steep for 5-10 minutes.
Place the yoni steam mixture on the floor and uncover it.
Kneel over the steam with each knee on the side of the bowl. Wrap a sheet or large towel around your waist and let the ends lay on the floor. This will prevent the steam from going anywhere but up towards your pelvis area.
You should steam for 15-30 minutes.
