How to Use:
After birth, once the placenta has been fully delivered:
1. Gently rinse the placenta with cool water to remove excess blood.
2. Pat dry thoroughly using a clean, absorbent cloth or pad.
3. Coat the placenta with a generous layer of sea salt, ensuring all sides are covered. This helps draw out moisture and supports preservation.
4. Place the placenta on a clean, breathable surface (such as an underpad or cloth).
5. Apply a generous layer of the herbal mix over the salted placenta, ensuring it is fully covered.
6. Place the placenta into a breathable bowl or wrap (avoid airtight containers).
7. Refresh the salt and herbs as needed (typically every 24 hours or when moisture is present).
As the cord and placenta dry, continue to handle with care and intention. Once the cord is fully dried, it can be cut if desired, or allowed to naturally detach.
