This complimentary 15-minute phone call is offered to give you the opportunity to connect with me before booking a service. It’s designed to help you gain clarity, ask questions, and ensure that the service you’re considering is the right fit for your needs.
This call is ideal if you’re unsure which consultation to book, want more information about a specific service, or need guidance before committing. It also allows us to briefly discuss your goals and determine the best next step for your healing, pregnancy, or lifestyle journey.
Please note: This informational call is required before booking any doula service packages.
Important Call Details
● This is a phone call, not a Zoom or Google Meet video session
● Please be sure to provide your correct phone number at the time of booking
● Calls are limited to 15 minutes and are informational only
● No protocols, treatment plans, or in-depth guidance are provided during this call
This call is simply a space to connect, ask questions, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Please review the following details carefully to understand our booking process, session requirements, and appointment policies before confirming.
Booking Instructions (Please Read Carefully)
After Booking:
● You will receive a confirmation email with an attachment.
● Inside that attachment is the link to your Intake Form, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If your form is not submitted on time, your session will need to be rescheduled.
Meeting Link:
You will receive a separate email containing your Zoom or Google Meet link
Day of Your Appointment:
Please join the session on time.
If you are running late, text 656-216-7747.
A 15-minute grace period is given, but any late time will reduce your session length.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
This is a non-refundable service. Once your appointment is booked, your time slot is
fully reserved and refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time only, and your request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please text 656-216-7747 with:
• Your name
• Appointment date & time
• Your request
If you are a no-show, more than 15 minutes late, or request to reschedule less than
24 hours in advance, your session will be forfeited without a refund, and a new
booking will be required to receive services.
