Service Description
Please schedule a free 15-minute informational call before purchasing a package.This call allows us to confirm my availability, ensure we’re a good fit, and determine which package best supports your needs. If a package is purchased without completing this call first, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.You’re welcome to ask as many questions as needed—this is your time to gain clarity and confidence before moving forward.
As your doula, I will cultivate a client-centered, healing-informed space to support your birth journey with compassion, wisdom, and advocacy. My services include emotional, physical, spiritual, and informational care throughout your pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
Please review the following details carefully to understand our booking process, session requirements, and appointment policies before confirming.
Booking Instructions (Please Read Carefully)
After Booking:
● You will receive a confirmation email with an attachment.
● Inside that attachment is the link to your Intake Form, which must be completed at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
If your form is not submitted on time, your session will need to be rescheduled.
Meeting Link:
You will receive a separate email containing your Zoom or Google Meet link
Day of Your Appointment:
Please join the session on time.
If you are running late, text 656-216-7747.
A 15-minute grace period is given, but any late time will reduce your session length.
Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
This is a non-refundable service. Once your appointment is booked, your time slot is
fully reserved and refunds are not provided under any circumstance.
If you need to reschedule, you may do so one time only, and your request must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
To cancel or reschedule, please text 656-216-7747 with:

• Appointment date & time
• Your request
If you are a no-show, more than 15 minutes late, or request to reschedule less than
24 hours in advance, your session will be forfeited without a refund, and a new
booking will be required to receive services.
