Directions: Select one location for each application only: chest, neck, breasts, abdomen, wrist, inner arms & thighs (these are the areas of the body where the cream is particularly well absorbed). Apply a 1/2 of teaspoon 2 times a day between day 5 and 28 of cycle. (Day 1 is the start of your period).
